A fabulous rolling pin is super helpful when making a delicious pie crust. We've been working on memorization more lately. One of the things we've memorized is Psalm 8. The kids were practicing saying it today and John Mark all of a sudden started putting motions to the verse, MK decided she liked that and it stuck. I feel as if I stepped off the plane and right into school planning. I'm excited about the changes we're making in school with my kiddos. New curriculumes (Sonlight & MathUSee) I feel like I'm finally getting in the swing of things. We've been homeschooling a year and a half now. Well we made it....with not one piece of luggage, but we made it! hopefully the luggage will catch up with us soon. So Friday I cleaned and worked ALL day on MaryKyle's room. After all that work and loads of trash and stuff hauled out, I stepped back to ooh and ahh over my labors but....it still looked HORRID!! When hubby started our company and needed a home office we moved the girls (had two then) from their cute pink room (it's taupe now) to what had been the 'guest room' it was the one room in the house
